Today I've watched a video from the SciShow News series, were they discussed two topics. The first research was about being a night owl, and how going to sleep late affects our health. There were shown differences between morning birds and night owls, the presenter also talked about how not only the enviroment affects the time of our sleep but also genetics. He also spoke about studies that have shown that morning birds generally feel better and have lower risk of certain mental health disorders, but it has not been discovered that being a night owl affects our health. The second topic was about e-cigarettes, which are by many people considered a healthier alternative to regular cigarettes, which is not entirely true. The research shows that they contain harmful substances and they still effect heart diseases like normal cigarettes.
